How it works

Files are uploaded via a simple drag-and-drop interface. The system applies configurable sorting logic — by date, type, name pattern, or custom rules — and generates a ZIP with the correct folder structure. One click, done. No manual renaming, no folder digging, no errors.

Adoption

Because the interface is intentionally simple, adoption was immediate. No training sessions. The team used it from day one. We added a config panel for rule management so they can adapt it as their document types evolve, without needing a developer.
