Stall
Invoice creation and tracking for the next generation of business owners.
Small business owners and freelancers across emerging markets are still invoicing on WhatsApp, handwritten receipts, and Excel sheets. It's unprofessional, untrackable, and costs them money in late payments and lost records.
Currently in final development wrap-up. Launching Q3 2026. Built to serve small business owners who want professional-grade financial tracking without the complexity or cost of enterprise tools.
Why invoicing?
Manual bookkeeping is one of the biggest operational drains for micro-businesses. Most tools that solve it are built for accountants — Stall is built for a 23-year-old running a fashion label or a freelance developer who just wants to get paid on time.
Design approach
The interface had to feel effortless. We focused on reducing the number of taps between 'I need to invoice someone' and 'invoice sent'. Every screen is a single action. No onboarding maze, no dashboard clutter — just the core loop: create, send, track.
Stack
Built with Expo and Supabase. Offline persistence means the app works without a connection — invoices are created and stored locally, then synced to Supabase when connectivity returns. PDFs are generated client-side, so exports are instant and require no server round-trip. The whole product was designed and built by AKRA in one integrated sprint.
