The brief
The client came with a clear direction: look bigger, communicate clearer, convert better. We audited the existing site, mapped the key pages against their sales journey, and rebuilt the information architecture before touching any visuals.
Design execution
The redesign focused on trust signals: clear service definitions, client-facing language rather than technical jargon, and a visual system that reads as established and capable. We stripped out anything that created friction or confusion in the first scroll.
